Terms & Conditions

While the automatic enrollment and automatic allocation of Protein Works reward Points upon completing the online registration process ended on the 5th January 2023, Protein Works Points continue to be shared by our customer service team with a view to always providing the best service, care, and experience for our customers.

Protein Works Points accrued before the 5th January 2023 are valid for 12 months from their date of issue, at which point Protein Works Points earned but not redeemed will automatically expire.

It is the customer's responsibility to claim their Protein Works Points during the valid period. 

Customers can check the expiry dates of their Protein Works Points by logging into their MyAccount dashboard and then turning to reward Points. Customers can also view an audit trail of all orders and referral transactions that affected their reward points in their MyAccount dashboard. 

Protein Works Points accrued prior to the dissolution of the Protein Works Points programme that remain valid – owing to the fact they have not exceeded their expiry threshold – and/or points issued subsequent to the closure of automatic enrollment to the Protein Works Points programme retain the following rights:

Protein Works Points can only be used for online purchases and cannot be used via any other purchasing method.  

Protein Works Points cannot be redeemed alongside any other discount codes. 

Protein Works Points are not a recognised currency. They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged or reproduced.

Protein Works Points are non-transferable and must be used for online purchases - they cannot be used via any other purchasing method. 

Only one account can be created per customer. Any abuse of this system will result in a suspension of both accounts created. 

We hold the rights to remove or suspend Protein Works Points gained from the Protein Works Point scheme at any point.

Protein Works Points can only be applied to a maximum of £100 value of any order in each calendar month.

Protein Works Points can only be redeemed on online orders (e.g. orders using points cannot be placed over the phone). Shipping fees will always be chargeable unless the remaining order value meets the free delivery threshold. 

If you are returning an opened item and prefer store credit instead of a replacement flavor, our Customer Experience Team will issue Protein Works Points to your account. These points will have an expiration period of 3 months from the date of issue.

Any activity that contravenes these terms and conditions will result in the closure of all related accounts and the deletion of any/all accrued Protein Works Points 

We reserve the right to add or remove new ways of earning Protein Works Points from time to time and/or change the terms and conditions of this programme without prior notice. We also reserve the right to alter or withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice. Our Terms and Conditions will always be updated in line with any changes.
