Helping me lose weight
I was first introduced to The Protein Works by my husband after a tooth procedure left me unable to eat for a few days. He suggested I try one of their meal replacement shakes, and I was blown away! Not only did it taste great, but I also stayed full between meals. Curious, I decided to research the brand and its products in more detail. I can honestly say this is the first meal replacement shake I’ve tried (and I’ve tried many, including VLCD sachets) that actually fills me up and keeps me going from breakfast to lunch. Since then, these shakes have become a daily staple. I now replace two meals a day with a shake and enjoy a healthy dinner in the evening. Over the past four months, I’ve lost 3 stone! My routine is simple: a shake in the morning, a shake at lunch, and a balanced dinner. I rarely snack anymore because the shakes keep me full, and I’m drinking more water and feeling healthier overall. One of the things I love about these shakes is the added vitamins and minerals—they’ve helped keep my hair and nails strong and growing. I genuinely wish I had discovered Protein Works years ago. As for the flavors, they are fantastic! My favorites are Strawberry Shortcake, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Choc Silk, but I’ve also enjoyed Choc Mint Brownie, Banana, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Raspberry Swirl. I was skeptical at first because I tried several shakes to support my weight loss journey, but none satisfied my hunger. These actually work!
