New to shakes
I’ve never had any form of meal replacement shake/protein shake before so didn’t know what to expect. I got the banana and vanilla flavours and I’m pleasantly surprised, they are sweet, I’m not totally against that but may not be to everyone’s taste. I mixed with half oat milk and half water and it produces a lovely creamy finish with a nice smooth texture. Perfect for a really quick breakfast and also for calorie control. Also didn’t feel the need to snack at all between this and lunch! Will certainly be ordering again, interested to try the other flavours.These diet protein breakfast shakes are excellent
I have recently purchased a bag of apple cinnamon swirl and banana cake and oh my god they are absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend these highly enough. Totally deserving of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Will definitely be back to purchase more when I’m running low you can count on it. Love the fact it tastes just like how you imagine it should and the fact it’s low sugar, being a type 1 diabetic, I absolutely love these shakes. Thanks protein works!Great product

I ordered the Summer Berries whilst I wasn’t a fan of the taste I returned it very easily and got my preferred caramel latte which is amazing and also cookies and creme which tastes great too. Highly recommend and they do actually keep you quite full and I have 2 a day and have dropped lbs steadily I just have a healthy meal of an evening full of protein and veg.So good!
I've never been a fan of any protein shake but I needed something to have in the mornings as I always skip breakfast which is no good for anyone so I purchased a bag of Banana Cake and Christ on a bike... that is one tasty protein shake! Not sure what it's like with water as I used semi-skimmed milk but it's delicious, I also added ice to make it that little bit colder and more palatable. It's not too thick, slightly gritty/oaty texture but on the whole, I highly recommend it. I haven't tried the Chocolate Muffin one yet but I'm sure that one will also be tasty. Filled me up for almost 6 hours!
