The successful candidate will have good work ethic, high attention to detail and the ability to work using their own initiative. Previous experience working in a warehousing environment would be ideal but not essential.
The main duties of this role will be to organise and maintain a tidy warehouse environment and distribute stock as required, you will be expected to use the in-house computer system and stock scanners to pick deliveries and pack customer orders.
To be successful as a Logistics Associate, you should have:
The ability to lift and move heavy items
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
A flexible approach to work and the ability to work shifts
Basic numeracy and literacy skills and IT proficiency
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is desirable but not essential
Working to regular targets (KPI’s) against picking and packing rates each hour
Required skills and experience:
Warehouse experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Good work ethic and self-motivated
Basic level of literacy and numeracy
Excellent customer care skills

Confident inputting data with accuracy
