Add 5 heaped scoops of Total Mass Matrix Extreme to your Protein Works shaker. Add to 600-700ml of water or milk. Shake well and drink. 

Tip: Use a blender for a smoother shake. The less liquid you use the thicker and stronger tasting your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste

Add two black scoops (5g) to 100ml-150ml of water or juice to your Protein Works Shaker. Then shake and consume.
