100% Protein is super easy to use. Add one scoop (25g) into your shaker along with 300ml of chilled water or milk. Shake well for 10 secs & drink!

I love this flavour. Nice and smooth, sweet but not too sweet. I use this in my baking all the time too. Really versatile as vanilla goes with most things, I've used it in brownies, blondies, baked oats, the whole lot. Highly recommend.Current Favourite
I was incredibly surprised to find that it tastes like it says on the pack. I mix with slightly more milk than in the instructions (about 400ml) and add the powder slowly and it makes a thick, smooth shake. Lots of negative reviews about 100% protein so i thought i would give my honest review. Its not the best ive had as the soy protein starts to overpower the Chocolate flavour when using water. Add milk and its much better, Very rich! I dont mind the soy taste but its not as good (Clean taste) as a Whey based shake, as long as you know this then you will be fine. Banana is very good as well, will try the strawberry before deciding if i'll buy in bulk again, but so far im loving the Banana and Chocolate, texture is good and not too sweet.. Best value protein on the market !
